Elevate Campuses IPO Listing: Shares List At A Discount Of Over 1%

Elevate Campuses’ shares are listed at a discount of over 1% to the issue price. The issue received a moderate subscription of 1.89x overall and 1.07x in the retail category.
Shares of Elevate Campuses began trading on the domestic stock exchanges on a muted note. They listed at a discount of over 1%. The stock opened at ₹356.50 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), a discount of 1.52%. On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), it opened at ₹355.10 apiece, translating into a discount of 1.91%. The issue price was ₹362 per share.
Elevate Campuses IPO And Subscription Details
The ₹2100-crore Elevate Campuses initial public offering (IPO) opened for subscription on 23 September 2026 and closed on 25 September. The mainboard IPO received a moderate response from investors, with the overall subscription reaching 1.89 times.
The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) quota received the highest subscription, with the reserved portion subscribed over 2.66 times. The non-institutional investor (NII) category was subscribed 0.89 times, whereas the retail portion was subscribed 1.89 times.
The IPO comprised entirely a fresh issue of 5.80 crore equity shares aggregating to ₹2,100 crore. There was no offer-for-sale (OFS) component.
