Dhoot Transmission shares made a positive debut on the stock market today. Dhoot Transmission share price on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) stood at ₹1,193.80 apiece at the time of listing, marking a 37.06% premium over the issue price.
Dhoot Transmission listing price on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) stood at ₹1200 apiece. Dhoot Transmission’s NSE listing price was 37.77% higher than the issue price.
Dhoot Transmission IPO And Subscription Details
Dhoot Transmission initial public offering (IPO) was open for subscription between 10 August and 12 August. The price band for the IPO was fixed at ₹829–₹871 per equity share, with a face value of ₹2 per share. The lot size was 17.
The IPO saw strong demand across investor categories. The issue received an overall subscription of 74.21 times. The retail portion was subscribed 8.12 times, while institutional investors showed much stronger interest. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) category was subscribed 212.92 times, and the non-institutional investor (NII) segment received bids worth 51.93 times the shares on offer.
