Asset Reconstruction Company India IPO Listing: Shares List Flat At ₹139

Asset Reconstruction shares were listed on the stock exchanges on 17 September 2026. The stock got listed flat at ₹139 on the NSE and the BSE.

Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited made its debut on the stock exchanges on 17 September 2026. The initial public offering (IPO) is a mainboard issue and listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Asset Reconstruction Company India shares are listed flat at ₹139 on the NSE, the same as the IPO price of ₹139 per share. The shares also opened at ₹139 on the BSE, with no premium or discount to the issue price.

The Asset Reconstruction Company India IPO carried a price band of ₹132-139 per share. The issue was open for subscription from 9 to 11 September 2026. The IPO was valued at ₹732.97 crore and had a lot size of 107 shares.

The issue comprised an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 5.27 crore equity shares. The IPO does not include a fresh issue of shares.

The IPO received an overall subscription of 20.10 times. The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) category was subscribed 52.65 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category saw a subscription of 15.69 times. The retail portion was subscribed 3.39 times.

Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited, also known as ARCIL, was incorporated in February 2002 and operates in the asset reconstruction business. The company helps banks and financial institutions recover money from stressed and bad loans by acquiring such assets and implementing resolution strategies. The company operates across three business verticals: corporate loans, small and medium enterprises (SME) and other loans, and retail loans. Asset Reconstruction Company India received approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in August 2003 to commence its asset reconstruction business.
