Annu Projects IPO Opens On 25 August; Shares May List On 2 September

Annu Projects will open its IPO for public subscription on 25 August, with the issue comprising 1.76 crore fresh equity shares. The EPC company has set 28 August as the closing date, while its shares are likely to list on 2 September.
Annu Projects is set to enter the primary market next week. The New Delhi-based engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company will open its initial public offering (IPO) for public subscription on 25 August.
The IPO will consist entirely of a fresh issue of 1.76 crore equity shares. There will be no offer-for-sale component, according to the red herring prospectus filed with the Registrar of Companies on 18 August.
The issue size is lower than the 2.2 crore shares proposed in the company's draft papers filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in June 2025. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) cleared the IPO documents in November 2025.
Annu Projects IPO Dates And Other Details
The Annu Projects IPO will remain open until 28 August. Share allotment is expected to be completed by 31 August. Annu Projects shares are likely to make their stock market listing on 2 September.
The company has appointed Mefcom Capital Markets as the merchant banker for the issue. The IPO price band has been announced at ₹94 to ₹99 per share.
Annu Projects works on engineering, procurement and construction projects, with a focus on utility infrastructure. Its work includes fibre optics, sewerage networks and gas pipelines.
Over the past 21 years, the company has completed 362 projects. It had 23 projects under execution as of June 2026. Of these, 14 were sewerage infrastructure projects, while four each were related to telecom and gas pipeline infrastructure.
Company Has ₹1,005 Crore Order Book
The company has completed work worth ₹676.4 crore out of the total basic contract value of ₹1,681.4 crore. Its outstanding order book stood at ₹1,005 crore as of June 2026.
The company plans to use a part of the IPO proceeds to strengthen its equipment base. Around ₹15.4 crore from the net proceeds will go towards purchasing machinery and equipment.
Another ₹115 crore has been earmarked for working capital needs. The balance will be used for general corporate purposes.
Financial Performance
For the financial year ended March 2026, Annu Projects reported a standalone profit of ₹33 crore. Revenue for the year stood at ₹241.2 crore.
The Annu Projects IPO will be among four mainboard issues opening next week. Symbiotec Pharmalab, Hy-Tech Engineers and Skyways Air Services are also scheduled to launch their IPOs on 24 August.
