Anawil Wire And Engineering SME IPO Opens 3 August; Price Band Fixed At ₹257-₹270

Gujarat-based windmill tower manufacturer Anawil Wire and Engineering will open its ₹177.8 crore IPO for public subscription on 3 August at a price band of ₹257 to ₹270 per share, with most fresh issue proceeds earmarked for debt repayment. Read ahead to know more.
Anawil Wire and Engineering, a Gujarat-based manufacturer of windmill towers, will open its ₹177.8 crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on 3 August, priced at ₹257 to ₹270 per share.
The anchor book opened on 31 July, and the issue closes on 5 August. Share allotment is expected by 6 August, with the stock set to list on the NSE Emerge platform on 10 August.
At the upper end of the price band, the company is valued at approximately ₹675 crore.
Issue Structure
The Anawil Wire and Engineering IPO comprises a fresh issue of 52.84 lakh equity shares worth ₹142.68 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 13 lakh shares aggregating ₹35.12 crore by promoter Nimish Kumar Rameshchandra Vashi, the sole selling shareholder.
The total issue size at the upper price band works out to 65.85 lakh shares worth ₹177.81 crore.
Use Of Proceeds
Debt reduction is the primary purpose of the fresh issue. The company intends to utilise ₹115 crore of the net proceeds to repay outstanding borrowings against the total debt of ₹130.9 crore as of May 2026.
The balance will be utilised for general corporate purposes.
About the Company
Anawil Wire and Engineering, incorporated in 2021, initially manufactured weldmesh, fabricated boiler accessories and paper machinery parts before foraying into the wind energy sector in 2023.
The company now manufactures windmill towers for wind turbine original equipment manufacturers and renewable energy companies. It operates two manufacturing facilities in Koppal, Karnataka and Kutch, Gujarat, with a combined annual production capacity of 612 windmill towers.
In FY26, the company produced 210 windmill towers at 48% capacity utilisation, up from 135 towers in FY25.
Financial Performance
FY26 delivered strong growth across both revenue and profitability. Net profit nearly tripled to ₹36.62 crore from ₹12.3 crore in FY25, while revenue rose 82.3% to ₹143.3 crore from ₹78.6 crore. This follows a similarly strong FY25, when profit had also nearly tripled from FY24 levels and revenue grew 43.4%. Hem Securities is the book-running lead manager for the issue.
